Pros
Overall a good place to work, one of the better of the big four. Hours can be long but you should expect it coming into public accounting. Opportunity for other jobs increase as you progress in the firm and promotions are almost on a tick tock schedule. Only big four firm that promotes in three years from associate to the senior associate level but responsibilties expected of senior associates at PwC are higher then those at the other three firms. The firm does invest a lot into training its staff though.
Cons
Typical of a Big Four Firm - long hours, schedules based on client time frames, etc. Benefits could be WAY better and pay could be increased as well.
