Pros

A lot of learning. Managers let junior staff interact with clients so its a great boost to professional growth, specially for a first job. Great technology tools (Excel and PowerPoint) to deliver high quality work. The company pays you with experience and professional growth. Overall, I would recommend the company for a first job or for someone who really likes to network.

Cons

Intelligence and high quality work don't matter much. What matters most is who you know and how good you are at networking, this is what ultimately determines promotions. Payment was really low but annual salary increases are great.

Cons

You might have to work additional hours to finish projects and meet deadlines at times. Growth opportunites are presented once a year.
