Pros

- Full time WFH - Internet allowance is added to payslip (no bills required) - Lots of leaves (approximately 40 sick+casual, 12 holidays)

Cons

- Company is in Full on AI hype. If you dont use AI tools you will get negative reviews - Horrible management, you will only get projects if you go to office and bond regularly with managers and directors - If you work remotely, you will get the bottom of barrel projects with horrible work life balance - Some teams expect you to work from 11AM-10PM - Very low salary hikes - You will be expected to do everything that is required, you wont get a chance to specialise in a technology or stack
