      The really care about their employees, its on constant training of their team, the economical compensation is ok to the market standards and the people felt rewarded by their performance

      Cons

      The company is not as hunter possible with the clients and prospects and it does reflects in all the company members, so sometimes it looks like the old way of doing business,

      Pros

      Nice place to work. The colleges were like a second family everybody was willing to help.

      Cons

      The acquisition is the worst they just lay off a lot of people, even people who have been working there for more that 20 years. There was not announcement about the lay off, one day to another everybody in the USA, Australia and Indonesia was lay off.

      Thanks for your comments. A coupe quick corrections, while some employees were unfortunately impacted in the USA, we continue to have and plan to have large workforce in the USA . We do recognize that whenever an employee is impacted that this is very difficult transition. We have provided all those impacted with resources and support to help in this transition and we want to be sure that they transition to the next opportunity with success.

      Excellent work place, great teams, people are always trying to help each other, one day a week there's free lunch

      Cons

      Salary, they pay the average and sometimes below average, it is located in a very conflictive area, living near the office is very expensive, thus commutes are very long, up to 2 hours
