      Pros

      QAD is very dynamic and growing company. There are plenty of opportunities to learn. The company culture is strong and helps managers and employees to have positive working experience.

      Cons

      The extensive use of google instead of windows is sometimes a bit challenging, specially when we are all working from home and you cannot steal good tips from your colleagues by looking over their shoulders.

      Pros

      QAD is a very inclusive and employee-centric organization. It is a great environment to work in and develop your professional skills. Onboarding is very thorough and you truly have all of the tools you need to be successful in the organization.

      Cons

      Due to the pandemic, it has been difficult to really appropriate the culture of the organization face to face, but with that said everyone is very helpful and doors are quite open.
