Change is pretty present for the Qualtrics team overall. We're going through a transformational time - which, while exciting, does mean we're having to be pretty nimble as a team. With the focus being on continuous improvement (for us and our customers), we'll continue to need to be nimble even when some of the larger organisational shifts settle.
