Good benefits, great offices, and global presence

Cons

Significant rotation means people are getting ramped up all the time, senior leadership lacks a vision , PE acquisition has resulted in significant focus on efficiencies that can be felt on the day to day

Pros

This is definitively the best place to work in the entire Mountain Time zone, let alone Utah. The benefits and respect for employee time is unmatched. The workload can be lighter or heavier depending on what team you're on, but is generally fine.

Cons

Really only senior leadership. C-suite is just the greedy BYU boys club and they do not have much understanding of how the world works (pushing poor ideas and bad HR practices)
