Pros

I think Qualtrics has a really great office culture. I feet valued by my coworkers and it makes going to work a lot of fun. We are a tight-knit group and tend to hang out together after work which helps too.

Cons

I feel as though the board and higher-ups are not as transparent as they claim to be, especially for it being a company value
