Pros

- Has the industry leading product(s) for experience management - Good compensation/benefits and good work-life balance - Depending on your POV, a lot of org changes, but a lot of career growth and company opportunity ahead - Good culture, sense of belonging within the organization

Cons

- Some work processes seem to be perpetually broken - A fair amount of attrition recently. I believe this is due to layoffs and org changes over the past few years, but has begun to stabilize

That’s a priority for the company so it is great to hear about your positive experience. Process improvements are another key focus for us as an organization this year, and improvements will be driven by the feedback and guidance from the team through focus groups and the quarterly pulse results, as always.
