good benefits, private health insurance paid, opportunity to travel to see clients

Cons

company gone through a lot of change, the restructure is taking a lot of time to settle in, which creates uncertainty and pain The research services business is always sidelined by the software business, so working in it it's extremely difficult

Pros

Built a great brand and standard for the industry. All the resources needed to be tremendously successful.

Cons

Leadership is weak. There are spots of great leaders but my experience was multiple managers who absorbed the credit for any success and quickly passed the blame for any failures. Best days feel like they are behind them and many customers are wondering why they need such a high cost to their license and products.
