Great people, strong company mission, great benefits, competitive compensation

Cons

Very cliquey, disconnected and unorganized leadership team, last minute fire drills due to poor planning, poor work / life balance

I was there pre pandemic and I'm sure things have evolved since. we were still iterating on policy and had some growing pains. I suppose one con was the remote policy before COVID, where I couldn't continue as an employee when we moved across the country!
