-It seems it became too corporate too fast. More than 1/4 of the company got laid off in 2023
-I was offered a relocation package but never received it as I was part of the layoffs. Although they did liquidate me, it still speaks to the executive culture. They would rather pay than develop people.
-All of our American colleagues had already been forced to sign their resignation by April. It was pretty odd being trained by people with an expiration date.... them knowing its you who's replacing them.
-Before you could apply for a promotion every 6 months, now its every year no matter what.
