Pros

Some good people and in the past was a friendly and welcoming culture. I liked my direct manager a lot and felt they cared about me.

Cons

So much change and turnover consistently that it's hard to do well in your work. Constant Book of Business changes, and in some ways very hard to serve customers well during that transition. More limited opportunities in non-HQ offices.

Pros

Environment, benefits, management, free food and colleagues. You can be promoted to different levels as an SDR and work from different countries for 2 weeks per year.

Cons

Sometimes it’s stressful dealing with the internal organization, and it can be challenging to become an AE due of lack of open positions.
