Pros

The offices are nice and provide lunch/snacks.

Cons

Silverlake destroyed this company. They cut too many people with historical knowledge and offshored too many positions. Leadership has no idea what they’re doing and everything is code red. Do not join this company!!!

Pros

As a young professional you will learn a lot. Specially your problem solving, customer care and commercial awareness skills. Amazing coworkers really cleaver, hard working and carrying people.

Cons

The scope of your responsibilities can be tricky specially by level you share a lot of expectations with senior coworkers so there will be moments that you feel lost or behind. Some coworkers can be a little racist but never to your face just in forums or some comments.
