Pros

The people you get to work with are incredible and the work itself is very fun. Customers who operate in the experience management space are very special, and the work itself is rewarding and fun!

Cons

In an organization that helps empower employees so much, there can sometimes be confusion around who is responsible for what. This is usually not the case, but a bit of confusion about roles and responsibilities can happen.
