Good benefits, friendly team, flexible hours

Cons

Expected to work on weekends even though it's technically not mandatory, position makes it so that you could end up stuck with a client past your working hours, overtime is not paid but somehow expected of you

Good colleagues when you get to connect with them and decent benefits

Cons

Managers needs true enablement to know how to actually lead. Funny enough a former Executive Russ Laraway wrote a book "When They Win You Win" Which he speaks about a lot of the power of good managers and would've thought that Qualtrics would've encorparted this into the mangers. Not many proactive managers that can actually motiveate.
