Pros

Great Environment to work in, as a student they heavily push that I do well in school and allowed for school work to be completed during downtime. They also give you the job with the plan that you'll move up in the company later (after graduation).

Cons

With the new aquisition things might change but I haven't seen much happen yet.

We're glad to hear that you've found the support as a student to be helpful. Our Quni team members make up a solid part of our population, and we're glad to have that career development as part of our culture. Thanks for sharing!

Pros

Catered Meals. Awesome company as a whole, with a great product that creates a lot of buzz. I would recommend a position outside of the sales org.

Cons

Sales org needs some fresh outside blood (which I was). Almost all management has only ever worked at Qualtrics and has limited sales experience. And the way Qualtrics was sold when they were a rep is very different than it is now as the company has grown. They brought me in as a Senior Rep for my experience, then forced me into their metric focused way of doing everything. I have never in my life been so micro managed. It sucked any potential good out of the job within months. You either fit the culture or you don't. If you don't you'll be pushed out. They claim to be family friendly and flexible. But when it comes down to it, I always felt like it was not ok if I had to work from home with a sick kid. If you are not head down in your seat working, they assume you aren't working at all.

Pros

Core job responsibility carries a lot of responsibility and weight. You manage a very large book of business in $ value that include the biggest, most recognizable companies in the world. Every day can be different as you respond to their needs. There are opportunities to take on side projects that have real impact on the business. Leaders are all-in, you have great teammates, and there are ample learning opportunities. The office is unbeatable- snacks, free lunches, plenty of social opportunities.

Cons

Very few cons, the company truly cares about the employees and places their "experience" first. However, because things are so rapid, things can change very quickly and it can be hard to keep up. Diversity is something that is being actively worked on, but the company isn't quite there with regard to gender in senior roles.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. You're right, the rapid pace of change doesn't suit everyone & that's totally ok - better to be prepared. But our leaders and teammates are all here to work towards success together, which makes the ride all the better. Thanks again for sharing!
