- Rapid growth company - Some great employees

Cons

- The promotion structure is extremely indirect and unfair. People who shouldn't be promoted get promoted, while people who should be promoted don't. - Too young and inexperienced of managers that care more about their own work and progress than their team's. - Elitist environment - Extremely low pay

Qualtrics is fast growing and dynamic. The Dublin office benefits from a mix European cultures as people come from all around the place. You get to work with smart people that are welcoming and caring. There is definitely a lot of opportunities.

Cons

Fast growth also means challenging objectives and goals to meet.
