Pros

Strong positive culture, huge opportunities for growth (personal, career, and financial), focus on teamwork, every person matters. We run toward the hardest problems.

Cons

Superfast - it's up to you to draw lines around how much is too much. Qualtrics will respect those lines, but other than that, Qualtrics will take as much of you as it can get because we're just moving that fast.

Generally people do not sugarcoat problems. Good focus on solving the problem directly ahead of them.

Cons

Have started to shift away from the scrappy culture, although this understandable as we try to build core systems that last.
