Great opportunity for rapid growth, rapidly growing company, fun environment and culture, great office in downtown Dublin, food (Great breakfast, lunch, snacks etc...)

Cons

Compensation is a bit low comparing to other companies in the industry. But, considering that the company is on pre-IPO, the shares might be a difference.

Pros

Qualtrics is a fast-growing company with a bright future and a really solid product. The foundation of the company is strong, and they've done a pretty good job of adding a blend of homegrown and industry executives to help the company scale.

Cons

Qualtrics culture favors a very specific kind of person (flat brim hat, experience in door-to-door sales, drinks five energy drinks per day... you get the picture). If that's you, you'll settle in really well, but for other personality types it can be a little challenging and you can feel like you're on the periphery of the company. Also, little of the company's overall success is shared with entry-level employees. Qualtrics sells itself to new hires on its size, market share, and growth, but when it comes down to it, those things make little difference in the day-to-day (and paycheck) of 95% of employees.
