Qualtrics when I first joined was ok at best with the exception of my Manager. Best manager I have ever had. In the last year qualtrics has taken a nose dive in trust, quality, culture, and so much more. I dread working here now. They laid off my manager without notice, they value money over people, process is so dumb and they won't listen to the people that actually want to fix it, promotions are GARBAGE, the list is lengthy. My mental health has taken a turn because of the stress this company has put on each and every individual.
