* Very transparent structure--employees have access to company leadership, kept in-the-know * Great benefits for employees, from good healthcare and incentives to free snacks and fun workplace * Plenty of room to make your own mark in the company

Cons

* Incentives generally favor sales to technical staff * Customer support overworked and understaffed * Need to be ready to work long hours

Fast paced and energetic, Qualtrics is a great place to work. It's hyper-growth affords great opportunities for career development. Brilliant company culture.

Cons

Although a big company, it's still very much in start-up mode. This fast-paced environment can be a little hectic at times. If you like structure and working with procedures, Qualtrics will be frustrating for you.
