Pros

Everyone is smart. They do a great job of hiring. Even most on the support team went to great schools (BYU, Michigan, etc). Very relaxed environment.

Cons

Low pay, very religious area

Fun environment. Lots of room for growth. Most employees move up in the company within a year.

Exclusionary culture, arrogant coworkers, high stress although better than any other call center

Pros

The company offers great benefits alongside great work conditions, and the colleagues are very friendly. There is a dynamic social hub, and a lot of events are organised. The product is outstanding.

Cons

The European management team has a lot of room for improvement. There is no personal development for AE, and the management only cares about numbers on Salesforce. People are leaving the company every week due to the pressure from the management team.
