Pros

Company hangs its hat on providing food during company meetings. You can also pay $2 on Tuesdays to get lunch. You can also fatten yourself on all the candy that floats around the place. 3 treadmill desks. 7-8 massage chairs, 4 are in working condition. That's about it.

Cons

- Like everyone else on Glassdoor says, the pay is terrible. Stagnant. - IPO is always "around the corner" but never happens, and you can't take stock units with you if you leave. You're stuck - Leadership is in an ivory tower. Definitely a boy's club feel. Good 'ol boys. - Male dominated - No employee is worth anything unless you're in the Sales org - Culture is "so important" but only to outsiders; on the inside it has nothing to do with the company MO

Pros

Incredible Executive Leadership. This is a great place to sharpen your skills as a young professional.

Cons

Few. Mainly the lack of recruiting outside of the area. They are doing a better job, but it's difficult to have diversity when hiring from the surrounding university of students who all grew up in the area.

Pros

in terms of perks, benefits, and overall culture, Qualtrics is a great place to work. They pay health insurance premiums and dental is cheap - they also have a generous 401k donation regardless of whether or not you donate yourself. Company parties are great and the people are generally pretty cool. Lots of free snacks, food, and drinks.

Cons

There's some politics involved in the promotion process from opportunity development to account executive. The top reps who have been in sales at Qualtrics for years have all the vast majority of the good accounts, making it hard for a new reps to hit quota. A little less than 40% of reps hit quota, many of them go entire quarters without making a single sale. They don't pay their employees enough, which is made evident by the fact that they are in a constant struggle to attract software engineers (which they desperately need more of).
