co workers are very talented but underutilized

Cons

low salaries, upper management out of touch with their staff, in office when the jobs can be done totally remote, no office in SLC despite large number of employees in SLC.

The benefits are very good and way better in comparison with LATAM companies

Cons

There are none standardized processes, everything is changing all the time to the point my role changed completely within a year without any salary compensation, it is very hard to grow a career here.
