Great Culture, Exciting Business

Pros

I'm surrounded by smart people every day, Qualtrics feeds me, we're given the ability and autonomy to do projects that will make a difference, the culture is extremely transparent so we always know what's going on and what our goals are, I can work from couches or massage chairs in the office, I can bring my dog and I can wear whatever I want!!!

Cons

The pay is a tad low, but it's more than made up for in perks and the low cost of living here.

Pros

They treat employees very well, and they make the atmosphere very lively and fun. From free food to swag, to out-of-this-world parties. Anyone would want to work at Qualtrics because of its transparent and hip culture.

Cons

Just like any software company, engineering is crucial. I work for support and so often times I feel like I am on the tail end of endless system issues. Qualtrics is growing extremely fast and doing very well, but it seriously needs to do something to keep the product on edge and free from serious issues.
