Pros

Free food, healthcare coverage. They have defined a somewhat transparent culture which is positive and the Founder is genuinely looking out for the employees.

Cons

It is one of the most "bro" companies I have ever been a part of. Individuals in management positions are constantly looking out for their "buddies" and pass them hot leads, good accounts and commission opportunities consistently. That is about the only thing they are consistent in. Other than that, they make special exceptions on certain protocols to benefit those they support and/or want to succeed. Ever read the book "From Good to Great?" They are good at best.

Qualtrics is going places

Pros

Great company that is going places for sure! They will be a commonly known software for big business and research companies. They are growing like crazy and have a great environment where people want to be even when they are not working.

Cons

First 4 months or so is tedious and can be frustrating as you build up your client base and learn the software.
