Pros

Great product, fun environment, fantastic colleagues and a lot of opportunity. There is room for improvement in some areas of the company, but what company doesn't have that?

Cons

For sales you have a low starting salary. The first months are difficult and most of the time minimal return because you are selling B2B which has a longer sales cycle.

Pros

Free food, fun co-workers. highly skilled co-workers, fun work environment, self monitored work environment.

Cons

Highly over qualified sales team that is very underpaid. Product is good but really difficult to sell with the competing market. If you go work at Adobe or other software companies in the area your base pay alone will most likely be higher than your salary+ commissions. Way over crowed sales team, and the system used to track contacts is cluttered and broken.
