The executive leadership doesn’t seem to have a grasp on how ground level execution is happening. New CEO is taking action to drive momentum and innovation. Since acquisition there has been Heavy Bias and favoritism towards offshore/ Poland office while the both quantity and quality of delivery is super low while US teams do the heavy lifting. The culture has been built up for them to blame US teams to cover their incompetence.
