Qualtrics is going through a transformational time - which, while exciting, comes with some change. Working in a market-leading organization is always going to have some form of continual improvement & change on the cards, and being nimble as a team is going to be important as we continue to grow. We'll keep improving on how we communicate that, amongst other things, hopefully leaving the team with confidence in the organization even in the face of change.
