The Co-Workers are great, you will meet some really great people working here. You get to work from home.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant in this company, if you are not in with the bosses, you will not get treated fairly. Raises are offered but never honored, and they will throw you into different campaigns with little to no information, and there is nothing you can do about it. Training is not great, they will let you sink or swim, and they constantly threaten to fire you. They do not honor schedules when you move to another campaign, beware of that.

It's a pretty relaxed job and fairly easy

Cons

If you have any questions for management, good luck getting a response as they do not seem to have great communication skills between management and employees

Pros

Good moral. Empowers agents to fix problems that customers are having. Good advancement opportunities.

Cons

Required computer setup (which took 20-50 min) to be done before clocking in (can't clock in until you are ready to take a call). That amount of time I was working before clocking in, including being on the phone with tech support when there were computer problems, really started to add up.
