      Pros

      They have a nice campus, and an excellent cafeteria. The pay is average, and the commission structure isn't bad, when they don't screw it up.

      Cons

      Sales-driven, refurbished technology company might best describe RSA. The organization is constantly in a state of flux, went through a couple of re-orgs in the short time I was there. Training is a joke; you could get better training on their products as a customer than we did as employees. And if you don't work there for two years they try to charge you $6,000.00 for it. Almost none of my peers that I went through training with are still employed there.

      Company focus on certain product lines resulted in other solutions falling behind in technology. No diversity in Sales Mgt or executive staff.

      Pros

      Good salary and offices, career opportunities after while, but who wants opportunity in a failing company. If you like watching utube during working hours, this is place for you. Great life/work balance, no people in offices after 17:30.

      Cons

      People leaving on weekly basis, to much money spent on a farewell gifts. Empty offices, no ones come to renew the groups. All pro's left during last two years to other companies with brighter future. Legacy products and technologies older than Egypt pyramids. RSA now is a name for failing corp. People are very unfirendly - way to SNOBS, most not willing to help. Software releases full of bugs and misunderstandings between product and r&d.If u have passion for trends in hi-tech do your self a favor on don't apply RSA, otherwise you will reapply after short time to other company.
