      Pros

      Great people to work with. They help each other as a normal thing. Just split off from EMC/Dell so don't know how the culture will change.

      Cons

      Some politics. A little sucking up needed but I've been at much, much worse places for that. Depending on your manager, work/life balance can be difficult
