Management is poor. Job is overwhelming due to lack of resources. Management is more concerned with metrics than people. About 25 to 30 percent of employees have left the company. There are constant layoffs. No upward mobility. Very difficult to move up levels in the company. Management says that it is not possible to move up. Lack of resources means that support does not have proper equipment. Pay is also low.

Just another average company where if people choose to can just sail through for years if you are in the right team. Team management are only concerned in showing number to their higher ups. You will hardly get to learn anything that will boost your career. Too much internal politics. Big company issues as RSA is part of EMC.
