      Team players throughout the business making your job feel part of a bigger mission. Good services offerings, Great customers.

      Cons

      Schizophrenic company strategy, questionable whether there's division within ELT, definitely division between RSA & Dell. Services leadership very poor, clear division between services & sales, esp with sales alignment. Good sales people move on quickly, no chance of long term success. No partner Strategy at all.

      Work-life balance. Great overall benefit package, health insurance choices, great 401K plan and company matches. People are generally happy here.

      Cons

      Lack of vision for product managements. Keep changing the directions.
