Pros

CEO Amit Yoran is the best thing that has happened to the company. The culture that he is trying to foster is one of great products, technical mastery and a fun environment that allows for innovation. Great people with a lot of passion who love the Security Industry and want to make the world a better place. Great Product and Customer focus happening.

Cons

Too many 'old boy club' Executives and poor managers who can't lead, causing good people to leave. While a lot of good changes are happening, still many that are needed and can't happen quick enough.

Pros

AC Bus service, decent canteen

Cons

Full of politics, Managers(mainly in QA) don't have any tech knowledge. They don't come to office and even if they come stays only few hrs & that too for personal work or for their family member pickup. They only trust the people close to them. They recruit their family members, Director and HR sleeps while this is happening. So called consultants copies the code from junior engineer, claims it and gets awards. hard workers do not get recognition.

Stressful sales driven culture

Pros

The pay scales are decent and in line with its competition. There are very competent and talented hard-working people working for RSA at the mid-level.

Cons

The company culture for most of RSA is one managed by fear and firefighting. Goals, planning and direction flip/flop at the whim of management and are driven by numbers and little else. People go unrecognized and don't figure into the company culture equation and it shows. There is no investment in talent. Don't plan on getting ahead or getting recognized for a job well-done unless you have an in with someone. Business units are isolated and not aligned to each other's goals. If you're evaluating RSA against other similar options, consider the options.
