-Great Flexibility (work from home) -Hours aren't bad. Infact management encourages you to take off. -PTO (18 days) -Compensation is up-to-par with industry (I'd say more than the Big 4) -Traveling -Great Team -Great Leader -Everyone is driven/passionate on the IT Audit Team -Management really enforces a great company culture in regards to development of one's self and development of relationships between teams

Cons

-Wish I could travel globally. (I guess at larger firms, you have that opportunity) -Health Care is average -Office spaces are really dull and boring
