Pros

- Flexible - Friendly environment - Many people to learn from

Cons

- Long days - No benefits - Working from home only "allowed" for managers or higher, and even with authorization to do so, people find it strange that you'll work from home (it is not really accepted, though they don't say it directly)

Pros

Ability to work from home, many different projects, cell phone paid, and great leadership that takes an interest in you.

Cons

The clients you will be working with are typically smaller to mid size companies. With the smaller companies, there are less people staffed on each project (pros and cons to this)
