      Flexible hours, 7 hour days, very high bonuses, high growth potential, intrinsic referral source from other service lines, no outside pressure to sell, abundance of resources from large accounting practice, CPA environment without CPA hours, plenty of opportunities to get involved within the firm, ability to leverage firm resources for networking and marketing

      Cons

      Lack of formal training, difficult to get promoted from associate advisor to advisor, lack of formal process for advisor track.
