Pros

Good Benefits, nice culture, open door policy, varied work load and client base. Really friendly recruitment team. Feel like a valued member of the firm, not just a number. Annual sports days are amazing fun and we do lots of work with charities which you can get involved in

Cons

Junior level roles could do with more annual leave. IT systems can be a bit frustrating, too much red tape with IT policies.
