      Great company culture. Great people in the Boston hours. Great work life balance as far as Public Accounting goes.

      Cons

      No cultural diversity in the office. Horrible pay, not appreciated for hard work.

      Pros

      RSM Belgium offers a great balanced and professional work environment. With a decent remuneration package and flexible management the company will provide a great working base for individuals seeking a comfortable work-life balance.

      Cons

      The various offices within the Belgium branch of RSM operate almost entirely independently. This creates a large disparity between offices and a certain degree of quality variation. However with the recent re branding this is being addressed and hopefully taken care of in the next year or two.

      An exciting time, lots of development opportunity nationally and internationally, good work/life balance, great people, and excellent training and development.

      Cons

      remuneration could be better, although benefits are very good, and the remuneration levels are very clear.
