      Pros

      They have a very good family culture where people even a junior or associatte could talk and make joke with a Partner. But there is of course need some improvment in client relationshiip (they need more strick and firm with their client). Also they need to look more employe because in time of audit lots of their staff is overloaded with their work.

      Cons

      The challange is how to meet a target with almost perfect result with a minimum resource in human, technologi and time.
