      Pros

      The staff at the NYC office are some wonderful people. Smart, hardworking, talented. The office itself is located in the heart of the city.

      Cons

      Leadership is blind to moral. At a recent town hall, they were boasting that profits are up. What they didn't mention is that nearly 1/3 of the workforce left the firm in FY15. McGladrey NY ignores that they work their people to the bone. First year staff in the tax department alone feel like they've been set up for failure.
