      Pay is competitive. Work with many great people. Good place to work if you want to ride it out

      Cons

      Strategic direction is always changing and seldom makes it through execution. No understanding or willingness to invest in IT, HR, or other "corporate" supporting groups.

      Pros

      I worked in the Tacoma office for over a couple years. Great work life balance, great training, and awesome career growth. Great food and beverages for those long hours during busy season. Great benefits and vacation! Flexible work environment and you can work from home.

      Long hours (typical public accounting) and multiple bosses.
