Pros

Smart, personable, get it done employee attitude. Actually works as a team (not competitive with eachother, really wants everyone to succeed). Work/life balance. Great leaders/mentors who push to make you better.

Cons

Terrible pay until you threaten to leave, unable to retain great young people due to poor pay and little development in any specific area. Desperate to sell deals. No strategy (always trying to sell experts for the new hot thing without the experience). 1-2 people on a project, sometimes new hires with no experience are put in uncomfortable client situations (very risky)! Very old school thinking about being present in the office.

Pros

Most upper level (senior and up) have great knowledge of manufacturing warehousing and distribution knowledge.

Cons

Absolutely no praise or raise for exceptional work. They do not care about employees at all, a very good employee got very ill and was asked why they couldn't come back to work sooner like a famous tv personality did! Many managers and partners tell staffers they are stupid and scream at them because they can't self teach complex tasks (like business combinations) to themselves. Another employee was in the hospital after major surgery and partners were emailing the person asking them to get into files and complete work (even though the abscence was approved way in advance). When HR was contacted they did nothing emails continued! HR is only interested in the partners and do whatever they say, they are not interested in the fair treatment of employees. Unless you like abuse this is not the place to be.
