Great clients, good people to work with, wide variety of client industries and sizes, opportunities to work in different areas/on a variety of projects, good CPE

Cons

Pay increases in past few years has been very small, leading to significant voluntary turnover in the past year. Benefits do not seem up to par for the 5th largest public accounting firm.

Nice individuals to work with.

Cons

Compensation is not equal to Big Four, no long term strategy, senior partners lack vision, are still thinking "small" firm and not as a number #5, some partners aren't good as mentors and they do not provide effective and relevant feedback.
