Pros

Provided many opportunities for hands on experience. M&P has great clients. Competitive entry-level pay.

Cons

No work-life balance. Poor communication from top-level management. Many missed opportunities for on-the-spot training, timely feedback and formal evaluations. Management emphasizes budget, forcing associates to "eat" (not record) chargeable time. Unimpressed by senior associates quality of client service.
