Pros

Hybrid (1 week in office) - Rest of team was remote as it was an IT role. Took me on to learn after being a fresh grad from uni.

Cons

Salary was base, after working for over a year there was no increase. Pressure from management for no reason and micro management too (Crawley Office) Never received a bonus or anything even though other colleagues in other teams did. Hard work wasn't appreciated apart from a verbal 'thank you'. Heard many horror stories of floor 2 (from Payroll) and floor 3 (accounting). Too pushy from management for learning new things which were irrelevant and not needed.

Pros

There are a lot of smaller/ mid sized clients at RSM so you don't have to work on big listed entities if you don't want to. This can make working hours better in comparison to the Big4. You can also do secondments to other departments/ abroad when you qualify.

Cons

The working hours can be long if you end up working with a difficult client/team.
