Pros

- Very young work staff (age 30 & under) - Get to travel to some nice places for clients (sometimes) - Flexibility on location to work (but with consequences)

Cons

- Long hours, 50+ a week (regardless of busy season or not) - Heavy workload, multiple clients/projects with unrealistic deadlines - Unrealistic expectations of performance from Management - False advertising of a fun, “inclusive” work environment, most people are quietly miserable and out for themselves. - Expect to be underpaid -

Pros

- Amazing director in the Risk Advisory team in the Brickell Miami office, best boss I have ever had. - Amazing team, people are always willing to help. - Amazing workplace and a lot of travel opportunities. - Benefits are incredible. - Partners are very friendly as well. Working at RSM felt more like being part of a family. Everyone is super friendly and everybody wants to help and try to help you reach your goals. Amazing place to learn and a lot of growth opportunity.

Cons

- I don't believe there are cons from working at RSM. If you are offered a job, take it without a doubt.
