Pros

A very collaborative and challenging environment. Partners are very approachable. Projects and clients are very interesting

Cons

There are some HR policies that are limiting. Specifically, there is a plan to phase out employees that do not independently seek advancement.

Horrible experience

Pros

Travel to exotic locations like Clinton and Forest City, Iowa

Cons

Too many to name. No sense of team environment. If you are not in the compliance group, you are dirt. The company only cares about your resume's marketability. The Directors use Business Development Officers to find projects, then bill hours directly to work projects instead of doing sales calls. This results in a lower net realization which you will then get into trouble for.
